FAQs and Policies

Here are some frequently asked questions and important information for my clients. If you have a question that you do not see below send me a message! 

How Do I Book An Appointment?

  • New clients- Book an Intro Consultation / Good Faith Exam. This can be in person or virtual. The cost of the visit will go towards treatments you decide to move forward with on the day of the Good Faith Exam.

  • Availability is by appointment only.

  • You will need to place a credit card on file at the time of booking. This credit card will not be charged unless the cancellation or no show policy is needed to be enforced. 

Membership / Self-Care Club

  • 10% off includes:

    • Laser treatments

    •  Secret RF /SkinPen Microneedling (excludes weight loss services, labs, and AviClear)

    • BHRT

    • In-stock Skincare

    • Xeomin & Dysport 35 unit minimum required of botulinum toxin A 

  • 20% off service of your choice during your birthday month!

    • This is only valid during your birthday month. 

  • Access to Exclusive Self Care Club Promotions. 

  • Monthly debit of $129 from your credit or debit card on file. 

  • No contract or fees. 

  • Pause or cancel anytime with a 30 day notice. 

  • Bank all funds to use towards services of your choice.

    • If membership is canceled, funds will remain in bank for 1 year. Discounts will no longer be available after cancelation.

What are your Prices?

  • You can look at some pricing on the booking website. However, without a face to face consultation exact pricing cannot be determined. If you cannot find what you are looking for send me a text or an email. I'll happily answer what I can without a face to face consultation. 

$100 Fee for Late cancellations No-Shows
 

  • It is our policy that a credit card be placed on file at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if you N0-SHOW or cancel late.

  • CANCELATIONS: Your appointment needs to be canceled more than 48 hours before your scheduled time.

  • If your appointment is canceled within 48 hours or less it will be considered a late cancellation and is subject to a $100 fee. 

  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule. This will be deemed a late cancellation and is subject to a $100 fee just like a NO-SHOW.

  • NO-SHOW: This is subject to a $100 fee. 

  • This fee is non-refundable. You will receive an invoice that will need to be paid prior to being able to be see again. 

  • AdoreU reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Please note, if there are multiple No-Shows or Late Cancellations AdoreU may need to say good bye to you as a client. 

Medical Information and Health History

  • Electronic Medical Record - Jane is the electronic medical record that is used at AdoreU.

  • Intake Forms and Shared Documents:

    • Please complete Intake Forms prior to your appointment. 

      • ​​To view or complete:

      • ​Sign in to Jane

      • Scroll towards the bottom of the screen and click on the Intake Forms or Documents link to view/complete multiple forms at one time instead of having to open each individual email.  

  • Consent forms are sent for you to be able to view prior to your procedure. Please review consents so that your are familiar with the procedure and have your questions ready. 

Payments

  • Cash, most major credit cards, ApplePay, and Venmo are gladly accepted.

  • Checks are not accepted.

  • Insurance is not accepted and not billed by AdoreU. 

  • It is your responsibility to submit any paperwork and communicate with your insurance company, should you submit any claims to your insurance company. AdoreU will not communicate with your insurance company in any way. 

Refunds

  • There are no refunds.

  • Refunds are not provided on services rendered. 

  • Refunds are not provided on open product.

Discounted Specials

  • Promotions and packages may have an expiration.  

  • Once promotion dates have expired, the original amount paid by the client can be used towards a full price service.
